Prof. Joyce Ayikoru Asiimwe

The Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance and Administration) oversees the financial management, administrative operations, and support services of the Institute. The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Finance and Administration) is responsible for budgeting and financial planning, resource mobilisation, procurement oversight, human resource management, estates and infrastructure, ICT, and the general administrative functioning of UNITE across all campuses. This office ensures that the Institute's financial and administrative systems are efficient, transparent, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and government guidelines. It works in close collaboration with the Office of the Vice Chancellor to ensure sound stewardship of public resources and delivery of institutional services.
